湖南永安公司是一家专业从事煤矿机械制造以及房地产开发的股份制有限公司，其前身系娄底地区煤机厂于1978年湖南省娄底、邵阳分家从邵阳市煤矿机械厂分离成立，地处湖南省娄底市中心，交通十分便利。
本公司专业生产、组装煤矿机械三十多年历史，现有厂房面积30600平方米，固定资产近3000万元。现有员工260佘人，其中：大、中专以上学历工程技术员65人，有生产、检测设备近200台（套）。公司2005年与中南大学合作研发煤矿机械，并组建了研发中心，成为中南大学生实习基础。
    公司目前主要产品有EBZ120/75/45型煤巷掘进机、ZDC30-3.0型斜井防跑车装置、ZDJY-480型煤矿坑道钻机、SGD330/5.5V型、SGD280/11（7.5）型、SGD320/17型、SGB280/11型、SGB320/17型、SGB420/30（22）型、SGB620/40T型等轻型刮板输送机。0.75型翻斗矿车、1.1型固定矿车。JH2-5型、JH-8C型回柱绞车和PRC12-6/6型平巷人车，XRC18-6/6型、XRC15-6/6型、XRC12-6/6型、XRC10-6/6型、XRC8-6/6型、XRC6-6/6型插爪式斜井人车和XRB15-6/6型、XRB10-6/6型抱轨式斜井人车等。以上产品均获得了煤矿安全标志证书和非煤安全标志证书。
公司在做好主业的同时，合资开发了建筑面积达10万平方米的生态小区、水木华庭、该小区以环境优美、建筑质量高，享誉娄底房地产界。
